Hotel De Palatijn

De Palatijn has 56 luxurious rooms which are in excellent condition. They are spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated and all suitable for the handicapped. They all have air conditioning, writing desks, remote control beds are medium to large in size. The bathrooms are also in very good condition but most are with shower only and do not have shower curtain or glass surrounds. De Palatijn a la carte restaurant boasts 60 seats, its opened from 07.00 , 23.00h, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The guest are most welcome to make full use of the waterside terrace This is a modern hotel . The lobby consists of a small reception area but also the restaurant and bar. This has a very bright and modern feel to it with ceiling to floor glass windows that lead to the small patio area, a terracotta and brown colour scheme and attractive up to the minute lighting . Hotel De Palatijn offers very luxurious and comfortable accommodation. This four star hotel is situated near the ancient city center of Alkmaar, known as the cheese city of Holland.
